Morgan Webster

Founder & Principal, Morgan Webster Consulting LLC

With over 18 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I’ve seen firsthand the brilliance and resilience of mission-driven organizations—and the challenges they face in sustaining that work. I founded Morgan Webster Consulting LLC to offer personalized, hands-on support to the leaders and teams powering change.

Before launching my practice, I led Vermont’s go-to capacity-building resource for nonprofits, where I managed statewide programs, led strategic planning processes, and represented the sector in policy and advocacy work. I’ve collaborated with organizations of all sizes—from grassroots groups to national networks—helping them navigate transitions, develop new initiatives, and build the internal systems they need to thrive.

Now, I work with small to mid-sized nonprofits and purpose-driven professionals across the country—from facilitating a stakeholder listening tour, managing a multi-state survey, or piloting a new program!

My approach is rooted in collaborative practical solutions and a belief that doing good work should feel good, too. I tailor every service and engagement to fit the unique needs and goals of each client—because the best solutions are the ones that fit your mission, your team, and your moment.

I hold a Masters in Mission-Driven Management with a focus in Nonprofit Leadership from Prescott College and a Bachelors in Communications Design from Skidmore College. I’ve also earned professional certificates in Nonprofit Management, Fundraising & Development, and Training, Facilitation, & Consulting.
